Ladbrokes Mobile Casino Review
Ladbrokes teamed up with Spin3 to launch the first Microgaming mobile casino in 2006. The casino can be requested by SMS or via the Ladbrokes website and runs on most modern mobile phones (view full mobile phone compatibility list). The user first installs the “casino lobby” before choosing which games to download to the mobile phone so you only need install those games you want. The lobby, and each subsequent game, weigh in at an average of 250kb - comparitively small - and can be installed via GPRS, your PC or in my case using the Nokia N80’s wifi capability with my local network.
The range of games for the Ladbrokes Mobile Casino is ever growing and there are already some excellent choices for all types of player. Here’s the full list of games that you can currently download to your phone:
- Baccarat
- Blackjack
- Roulette
- Scratch Card
- Keno
- TombRaider Slot (5 reel bonus slot w/free spins)
- Major Millions (progressive jackpot slot)
- Treasure Nile (progressive jackpot slot)
- Fruit Fiesta (3 reel slot)
- Double Magic Slot (3 reel)
- Jacks Or Better Video Poker
Installation is pretty straight-forward, but I’d recommend signing up an account at Ladbrokes Mobile Casino website before you install as the registration online is easier than on the phone. To the right is a screenshot of the Ladbrokes mobile casino lobby after installation. This is where you can do your banking, download new games, get access to support and change the options. It’s pretty easy stuff as you’d expect. Note that cashouts are processed the same day and there is no “reverse” feature - thankfully - so it stops you chasing your losses.
